About Roboclub

The Carnegie Mellon Robotics Club, also known as Roboclub for short, is a student organization at Carnegie Mellon University. At our heart we are a makerspace and social space. Members use our space and tools to work on all sorts of projects for classes, club projects, or just general curiosity. We were founded in 1984 which makes us one of the oldest collegiate robotics clubs in the world! Feel free to visit our space anytime we're open, and if you have questions, the club officers are reachable by email below.

Officers and Governance

Roboclub is administered entirely by student officers. The current officers board can be viewed here: Officers →

Roboclub operates as an officially-recognized student organization under SLICE, CMU's student activities office. Our club constitution can be viewed here.

Roboclub's activities are made possible by our very generous sponsors, and we're always open to new sponsorship opportunities. If you're interested in sponsoring us, feel free to read our sponsor packet and contact us below.
